Listen to Dragonette's new single Lonely Heart, a summer airy track that arrives just in time for the hot season.

Dragonette are an electro-pop trio from Toronto which released their last material in 2012 Bodyparts, and last year shared the single Let The Night Fall, but have recently returned with a fresh single called Lonely Heart. Take a listen to the track in here.

"When we started writing Lonely Heart, like most songs, we weren’t entirely aware of where it was leading us," frontwoman Martina Sorbara says of the tune. "But then, slowly, a kind of 'covert sad song' started to form. On the surface it’s almost a party tune, but if you follow it more closely it’s quite melancholic. But I think it’s the kind of melancholy that most people enjoy feeling. The kind that keeps you interesting."
